• Please carefully check whether the rated output voltage of the power socket is consistent with that of the charger.
• It is recommended to plug the charger into the bike before connecting it to a power socket.
• Charge the bike indoors, away from moisture and water, direct sunlight, heat, and flammable objects.
• Please avoid dropping, damaging, or applying pressure to the battery component.
• It is recommended to charge the battery entirely every 1 - 2 months (the battery is fully charged, discharged to cutoff voltage, and then charged to 70%), even under unfrequent use.
• For long-term storage, battery capacity should be no less than 60%, and refresh every 1-2 months. (Battery is not in guarantee if they are not refreshed at least every 1-2 months and get damaged not in the warranty period.)
• The charging process should always take place in a dry and not too cold environment, but always above at least 0° C.
• Operating Temperature: Charge:0 ~ +45°C ; Discharge: -10 ~ +60°C.
• We strongly suggest you store the battery in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area at a Storage Temperature of -20 ~ +45°C.
• Battery maintenance tips during riding: You can use pedal assist mode first, and then use throttle mode. In addition, it is necessary to avoid excessive cycling load: overweight, exceeding the slope.
