ADO E-bikes have a removable battery. It is possible to replace the battery of your ADO in case of service.
Improper handling may void the warranty. In any case, please first contact ADO Customer Support at email@example.com. We will check, whether there is a defect and how to fix it in the quickest way. We cover the costs if something is wrong with your battery within the 1-year warranty period. If the battery is outside of warranty, you can still purchase a replacement from us by contacting adoebike.com.
